New ideas come into this world somewhat like falling meteorites, with a flash and an explosion.

The 6 Tips You Need To Choose The One and Only Watch!

Time is what we want most but what we use worst.

Don't You Agree?

Where Shall We Start To Find A Nice Watch ?

1. Consider The Recipient First.

Before you opt to buy a watch for yourself or for someone else, think carefully about that person’s interests, hobbies, style or fashion direction, likes and dislikes.

2.  Set A Budget.

Even though you know the likes and dislikes of the person you want to buy for, you still have to think first of your own wallet. There is no need to jump to higher (or lower) retail prices.

3. Understand Watch Movements And Materials.

It is also important before you start shopping to understand the different types of watch movements and materials because these are factors that will influence prices, as well as styles.  Do a little of your own research that will help arm you.

4. Consider Styles And Features.

Because this is the single most important part of buying a watch.

5. Consider The Brand Name.

Do a little research online before making your purchase. If you are buying in an affordable price range, bigger brands that are more well known may have a stronger cache. When you get to the more expensive watches, personal taste comes into play, as well.

6. Relax And Enjoy The Experience.

Watch shopping does not have to be scary and you don’t have to go it alone.  Consider it a learning experience and don’t be afraid to ask questions.

Falling Meteorites With A Flash & An explosion = NEW IDEAS?

Founded in 2015 the idea for ORMOUS was simple, but the journey was not. Everything from sourcing a genuine meteorite to finalising designs, was a up hill struggle, but the result speaks for itself.
ORMOUS is a daily reminder for you to take a moment to look up, to see the bigger picture and perhaps view things differently, which can put the daily challenges into their proper context, giving you a better chance to fulfill your potential. The team behind ORMOUS hopes to spark imaginations, and encourage people to take the time to look up, and view the bigger picture.
To melt the meteorite into the case, ORMOUS had to heat it to extreme temperatures (1800°C) - even hotter than the heat experienced when breaking through Earths atmosphere. Once both the meteorite & stainless steel have reached melting point, ORMOUS mixes the two materials together. The cosmic mixture is then poured into the custom moulds and left to cool.

The meteorite is rare and can be challenging to find in watch pieces,

but now that you’ve found it.
